Open box - TCL 55" QM7K Series 4K UHD HDR QD-Mini LED Smart Google TV (55QM7K) - 2025

I own multiple TCL TVs, only one of the maybe 10 that I have is an LG because I wanted the best possible performance for my living room gaming and movie experience and that was is an OLED. This Tv is a replacement for that one and I was hesitant going "down" from Oled to LED but after watching only a few hours of the new TV, I'm glad I saved a ton of money. There's no beating this Tv at the price point I got it, under $800.00. Is almost 100 close to Oled and because is new looks better than my previous Oled. Way Better, no side refractions, color accuracy and black levels fantastic. Sound is Bang & Olufsen.

I love the picture. Stunning clarity and color for the price. The Google interface take a little getting used to but after a few uses we navigate through fairly well. Delivery and installation was top notch. They came on time and cleaned up every scrap of packing. There's lots of adjustments you can make to get the picture you're looking for.

I agonized over spending the extra $$ on the QM8k over this QM7K. I decided to save the extra $250 and go with the QM7K and I could not be happier! IF you are upgrading from an older 1080p tv this thing will blow your mind at how good it is! After a few adjustments to my surround sound receiver and dialing in the picture exactly like I like it it is one of the best TV upgrades I've made! Is there any downside at all? One small one that is not that big a deal I wish the screen were a little less 'glossy', but it makes up for it in brightness so that when there is a picture on the TV you never notice. Do this TV, you wont regret it!Amazon delivery was excellent and they brought it into the room where I wanted it. No damage to the box or the TV so had no issues at all.

This TV was easy to unbox and assemble. Being a 65" it took some help to move due to the bulk, but the TV is light enough to move myself.I do not use the smart features, never even connected the TV to my internet. I use a Firestick. It took some struggles to get my firestick remote to control this TV, but after a software update it worked perfectly.I like the base on this TV, it allows placement on a smaller stand, which doesn't work with a lot of TVs that have 2 leg designs.

This is by far the finest TV purchase I have ever made.Color, blackness/contrast unbelievable.It is located in front of a West facing patio door.I finished setting it up just as the sun was blazing through the glass behind it. What tip the scales in choosing this model was its claim of extreme brightness and clarity from the picture.So I turned it on full sun behind itAnd unlike any other TV that I've had in that exact location which became washed out due to the light level of the room this was Crisp and clear, I wanted to see how high the brightness was set It gave me such a great picture so I moved on to the settings hello and behold to my great surprise the percentage brightness was set at a mere 28%!Additionally being 66 years of age a blue collar worker surrounded by loud machinery all day My hearing is failing The B&OSoundsystem built in with subwoofers as allowed me to listen to this TV clearly at a far reduced volume level than any other TV I have ever owned and those around me are amazed and say the TV sounds wonderful.For the first time in a long time I'm truly ecstatic with this purchase.I give it five out of five stars!

I was going to go with the QM8K an ultimately decided to go with the seven instead there is a huge difference between the seven and the six but not so much with the eight and the seven when you first setting it up, it takes a while to download the update, but then after that, it goes smooth every time the app integration, the smoothness the controller with the back lighting in it, etc., is all beautiful. The user interface is amazing. The screen condition is really nice and I’m including a picture of a budget $250 high cents TV that I had from Walmart versus this TV to show you the difference in what it makes with color. This is also with the settings, not even fully adjusted meaning that the color skin look better deeper and more saturated, etc., with adjustment but just to show you as I was so excited and took this picture what they look like. I got this just to have one that was going to be less money than my $2000 OLED however this hangs up there with the best TVs to the untrained die for way cheaper of a price. The one I got was the 65 inch and it is perfect for my living room.

I have had this TV for about 3 months now and all I can say is wow. I also have a 55 inch LG CX OLED and this thing goes toe to toe with it. Movies look great, motion looks fantastic and I game with no ps5 and high end PC on it and it’s a smooth 120hz. TV also has pretty good sound. I still use my soundbar but speakers are really good. It’s pretty light for its size and the stand makes it easy to fit on things.

To touch on some things other have said, the delivery was great. They did all the heavy lifting and helped put it together. After they left, the issues started. Either the sticker put on the ports is wrong, or someone put the HDMI ports in wrong, but I spent 3 hours troubleshooting the ARC/eARC not working. The labels on the TV were plain, the ARC/eARC HDMI port was port one. Problem was, after three hours trying to get it to work I got a menu that said the HDMI 4 port was the ARC/eARC. Switched and it worked great. The labels seem to one sheet so can't go on differently, so it looks like maybe the ports were put in wrong. Poor quality control either way, and 3 hours of my time wasted. But after that, the TV looks great at the 24 Hour mark

The picture clarity, color, brightness, and sharpness are the best I have ever seen in any TV! It was very easy to connect all of my apps with the included Google TV. I was looking for a TV with a center pedestal stand, and TCL was one of the few manufacturers to make such a model at this size. It is very stable and sturdy. I also purchased a TCL S55H 2.1 soundbar with subwoofer to go with this, and the incredible surround sound turns my living room into a home theatre! I highly recommend this amazing TV.
