This website is operated by GenZ Electronics. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to GenZ Electronics. We offer this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”), including those additional terms and policies referenced herein or available by hyperlink. These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, merchants, and contributors of content.

SECTION 1 – ACCESS AND ACCOUNT

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your province or state of residence.

To use our Services, including browsing or purchasing products, you may be required to provide certain information such as your email address, billing details, payment information, and shipping address. You represent that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity conducted under your account. Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or shared.

SECTION 2 – PRODUCTS AND CONDITION DISCLOSURE

We make every effort to display product images and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will accurately represent product colors or appearance.

2.1 Product Condition Definitions

Brand New
Factory-sealed products with full manufacturer’s warranty valid in Canada.

Open Box
Products that may have been unboxed for display, customer return, or testing. Open Box items are fully inspected, tested, and confirmed to be functional. Packaging and accessories may vary, and minor cosmetic imperfections may be present.

As Is / Final Sale
Products sold “As Is” or marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return, exchange, or warranty unless otherwise required by law.

SECTION 3 – WARRANTY POLICY

Brand New Products

Brand New products are covered exclusively by the manufacturer’s limited warranty. Warranty duration varies by manufacturer but typically ranges from one (1) year, unless otherwise stated on the product page. GenZ Electronics does not provide a separate store warranty for Brand New products.

Open Box Products

Open Box products include a one (1) year  GenZ Electronics Store Warranty, unless otherwise stated on the product page. This warranty covers functional hardware defects only.

The store warranty does not cover:

  • Cosmetic wear (scratches, dents, discoloration)

  • Physical damage caused after delivery

  • Liquid damage

  • Software issues or user-induced damage

SECTION 4 – ORDERS, RETURNS, AND RESTOCKING FEES

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including limitations on quantities purchased per person, household, or order.

4.1 Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, subject to inspection and eligibility.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as received

  • All original accessories and packaging must be included

  • The product must not show signs of misuse or physical damage

Open Box items are not eligible for return due to cosmetic imperfections.

4.2 Restocking Fees

Returns of non-defective items, including buyer’s remorse or compatibility issues, are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

No restocking fee applies to items confirmed to be defective under warranty terms.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DAMAGE CLAIMS

Shipping timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, including carrier delays.

Customers are responsible for inspecting deliveries promptly.

Physical damage discovered after the carrier claim window may not be eligible for coverage.

Inspection Requirement

Customers must inspect their order and report any physical damage within twelve (12) hours of delivery. Damage claims reported after this window may be denied.

SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, trademarks, and layout, is the property of  GenZ Electronics or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

SECTION 7 – THIRD-PARTY TOOLS AND LINKS

We may provide access to third-party tools or links. These are provided “as is” without warranties or representations. We are not responsible for third-party content, services, or websites.

SECTION 8 – PRIVACY POLICY

Your submission of personal information through the site is governed by our Privacy Policy, available via the footer of our website.

SECTION 9 – DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Except as expressly stated in these Terms, all products and services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

To the fullest extent permitted by law,  GenZ Electronics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business interruption.

SECTION 10 – GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada.

SECTION 11 – CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting on this page.

SECTION 12 – PRICING, TECHNICAL, AND LISTING ERRORS

Despite our best efforts, errors may occasionally occur in product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, availability, or other information displayed on our website.

 GenZ Electronics reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time and to cancel or refuse any order affected by such errors, including after an order has been submitted or payment has been processed.

If an order is canceled due to a pricing error, shipping miscalculation, system malfunction, inventory discrepancy, or incorrect product information, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
